Registration

Participation is open to all persons interested in Project Management. Please proceed by clicking on the Registration button below. Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including invited speakers and chairpersons. Please read through the following information carefully before you complete your form. 

If you are ONLY purchasing tickets to the PMAA National Awards Dinner, please also use the online registration form to make your booking.

* All fees quoted above are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST
** Please note: to receive the Early Registration Rate, payment must be received by the Conference Managers by 2 July 2008. Any registrations at the early rate which have not been paid by 2 July 2008 will automatically be converted to the late registration rate.

Cheque payments for registration and accommodation will only be accepted up until 4 September 2008. After this date, all accommodation requests must be submitted with credit card details via the online registration form or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons are spouses and partners of Full Registrants who have registered as an accompanying person on a delegate’s online registration form and paid the applicable fee. 
This fee entitles the accompanying person to: 

• Welcome Reception
• Happy Hour
• PMAA National Awards Dinner

Student Registration

A student is defined as a holder of a current student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card.  Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  Student registrants are entitled to the following:

• All sessions
• All official documentation including program booklet, Conference proceedings and delegate list
• Welcome Reception
• Happy Hour
• Morning and afternoon teas
• Lunches
• Satchel
• Exhibition entry

Please Note:  You must fax or e-mail through a copy of your current student identification card within 24 hours of submitting your online registration.  Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Important Registration Information

• Online Registration is preferred. To register online please click on the 'Registration' button at the top of this page. Please note all online registrations require immediate credit card payment. If you are unable to pay by credit card please click here to download a hard copy registration form.
• Faxed or posted registration forms will only be processed/confirmed if credit card details or cheque payment are included with the form.
• Cheque payments will only be accepted until 4 September 2008. After this date, all registrations (including accommodation bookings) must be submitted with credit card payment via the online registration form (insert link to online form) or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.
• All cheque payments incur a $10 processing fee.
• Cheques must be made payable to AIPM 2008. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn at an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.
• You may not pay your fees by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your online registration.  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your registration.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.  At the Conference you will receive the final program, Conference proceedings and a delegate list. Please ensure you visit the website on a regular basis to view the latest information on the program and the Conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees	Before 12 July 2008 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
	Before 29 August 2008 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
	After 29 August 2008 there will be no refund.
Accommodation	Deposit is non-refundable after 4 September 2008
Social	Deposit is non-refundable after 29 August 2008

Entrance to the Conference

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge on registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions.

Registration and Information

The Registration Desk will be located in the Conference Office and will be operating as follows:

Sunday 12 October 2008	1200 - 1900
Monday 13 October 2008	0800 - 1730
Tuesday 14 October 2008	0800 - 1730
Wednesday 15 October 2008	0800 - 1515

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Private Touring/Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private/corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
