** Please note: to receive the Early Registration Rate, payment must be received by the Conference Managers by 2 July 2008. Any registrations at the early rate which have not been paid by 2 July 2008 will automatically be converted to the late registration rate.
Cheque payments for registration and accommodation will only be accepted up until 4 September 2008. After this date, all accommodation requests must be submitted with credit card details via the online registration form or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons are spouses and partners of Full Registrants who have registered as an accompanying person on a delegate’s online registration form and paid the applicable fee.

Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a current student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Student registrants are entitled to the following:
Please Note: You must fax or e-mail through a copy of your current student identification card within 24 hours of submitting your online registration. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your online registration. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your registration.
You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. At the Conference you will receive the final program, Conference proceedings and a delegate list. Please ensure you visit the website on a regular basis to view the latest information on the program and the Conference.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.
It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private/corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
